URGENT Incoming NEEDS!

Ok I knew that the incoming crew was bad but I had no idea. I ended up with 2 weimerainers who were starved to death, 2 heartworm positive cockers one who also has a cherry eye, one pekinese, one min pin, one yorkie mix and five tiny yorkie/westie mixed puppies. The other cockers that came in all need something or other as well. I agree that I overstepped my boundaries and probably my am over my head, however what's done is done and these guys whether they are all cockers or not need me. So please help me get this crew fixed up! I couldn't stand to leave them behind and only take their cocker friends.
